The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

3. Contact form & appointment booking

The contact form and the appointment booking widget on this website are provided by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), 400 North Saint Paul St., Dallas, TX 75201, USA.

When these forms are used, the data entered (name, email address, message and appointment details) is transferred to GoHighLevel and processed there. As GoHighLevel is a US company, personal data is transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with GoHighLevel is in place.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

4. Contact via WhatsApp

You can contact us via WhatsApp or optionally consent in the contact form to being contacted about your inquiry via WhatsApp. For this we use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (Meta group). The connection is provided through our service provider GoHighLevel (see section 3).

When communicating via WhatsApp, your phone number, your name and the content of your messages are processed and transferred to Meta. This involves a transfer of personal data to the USA (Meta Platforms, Inc.). It is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) when we actively message you via WhatsApp at your request, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) when you contact us via WhatsApp yourself. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future – e.g. with the message „STOP“ or by email to main@markuspfahler.de.

5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

To measure the reach and success of our ads (e.g. on Facebook and Instagram) we use – solely with your consent – the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland; the parent company is Meta Platforms, Inc., USA.

The Meta Pixel is a piece of JavaScript that, if you consent, is loaded in your browser. It processes usage and event data – such as pages visited and events triggered (e.g. page view, viewing the analysis page, submitting a form), your IP address as well as browser and device information. In addition, we transmit certain events server-side to Meta via the Conversions API. In this process, to attribute the conversion, contact data such as your email address or phone number may be transferred to Meta in hashed (pseudonymised) form through our service provider GoHighLevel (see section 3).

The legal basis is solely your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The pixel and the Conversions API only become active after you have consented to the “Marketing” category in the consent banner; without consent, no data is transferred to Meta. As Meta is a US company, personal data is transferred to the USA. This is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, open the and choose “Necessary only” or disable the “Marketing” category.
